Service is by appointment and subject to availability. Travel, hardware, software, and subscriptions are quoted separately. Monthly hours include check-ins and maintenance; unused hours expire at month-end. Additional remote support is $125/hour. This is scheduled support, not unlimited or 24/7 coverage.
